TREM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,692 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LSP1, PLCB2, and APBB1IP. Each is linked with TREM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREM2-to-partner and partner-to-TREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREM2 versus LSP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
