Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,592 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP296, LY86, and SLCO2B1. Each is linked with TREM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREM2-to-partner and partner-to-TREM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREM2 versus RNA5SP296 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
