TREHP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREHP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,367 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREHP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGIX, ZBTB44-DT, and LRTOMT. Each is linked with TREHP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREHP1-to-partner and partner-to-TREHP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREHP1 versus MAGIX in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
