TREH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01607, RNA5SP414, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with TREH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREH-to-partner and partner-to-TREH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01607 grouped by TREH-low versus TREH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
