Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,551 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, DOCK10, and DOCK8. Each is linked with TRDV1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDV1-to-partner and partner-to-TRDV1 results are reported.
