Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,813 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM51-AS1, SEC14L2, and PLS3. Each is linked with TRDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDN-to-partner and partner-to-TRDN results are reported.
