The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRDJ2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRDJ2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and COAD are the cancer types where TRDJ2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
