Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRBV29-1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRBV29-1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRBV29-1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRBV29-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, SKCM, and BRCA are the cancer types where TRBV29-1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
