Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRBV23OR9-2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRBV23OR9-2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher TRBV23OR9-2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRBV23OR9-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, KIRP, and OV are the cancer types where TRBV23OR9-2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
