TRBV14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBV14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,895 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBV14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD3E, TRBV28, and TRBC2. Each is linked with TRBV14 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBV14-to-partner and partner-to-TRBV14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRBV14 versus CD3E in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBV14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBV14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
