Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRBJ2-2P mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRBJ2-2P data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher TRBJ2-2P mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRBJ2-2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM are the cancer types where TRBJ2-2P mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
