TRBC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP1A2, FUOM, and NDRG2. Each is linked with TRBC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRBC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
