Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV9-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV9-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD111B, KCNH1-IT1, and MTCO2P11. Each is linked with TRAV9-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV9-1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV9-1 results are reported.
