TRAV8-5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV8-5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,765 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV8-5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLA2, CD96, and TRAV8-3. Each is linked with TRAV8-5 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV8-5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV8-5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAV8-5 versus SLA2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV8-5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV8-5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
