Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV8-5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,117 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV8-5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of leukocyte apoptotic process, T cell migration, and Gamma-delta T cell activation. Each is linked with TRAV8-5 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV8-5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV8-5 results are reported.
