TRAV7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,890 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02362, LINC02325, and MS4A1. Each is linked with TRAV7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
