Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,494 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, Regulation of B cell activation, and Positive regulation of B cell activation. Each is linked with TRAV7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV7 results are reported.
