TRAV38-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV38-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV38-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM230F, MIR8080, and NMBR-AS1. Each is linked with TRAV38-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV38-1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV38-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV38-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV38-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
