TRAV30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV30-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC197, CMC4, and SNORD114-20. Each is linked with TRAV30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV30-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC197 grouped by TRAV30-low versus TRAV30-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV30→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
