Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV30 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV30-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP and MEP. Each is linked with TRAV30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV30-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV30 results are reported.
