TRAV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1265, MIR154, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with TRAV3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
