The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRAV25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where TRAV25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
