TRAV25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH1P1, MIR520E, and RPL31P47. Each is linked with TRAV25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV25-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
