TRAV22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,246 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, SEPTIN1, and LCP1. Each is linked with TRAV22 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV22-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
