TRAV21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,003 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, COTL1, and DOCK8. Each is linked with TRAV21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV21-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
