TRAV12-3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV12-3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV12-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP86, RNA5SP180, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with TRAV12-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV12-3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV12-3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV12-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV12-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
