Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV1-1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV1-1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TRAV1-1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV1-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TRAV1-1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
