Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMC3-AS1, AHSA1, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with TRAT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAT1 versus TMC3-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
