Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300LF, TESPA1, and DOCK10. Each is linked with TRAPPC9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC9-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC9 versus CD300LF in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
