TRAPPC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,378 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GADD45GIP1, TRIR, and NDUFB7. Each is linked with TRAPPC5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC5 versus GADD45GIP1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
