Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 452 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1277P, RN7SL159P, and MIR3193. Each is linked with TRAPPC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1277P grouped by TRAPPC3-low versus TRAPPC3-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
