Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1277P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1277P expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1277P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-1277P RNA expression shows 7,930 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Together, these results highlight ESCA, BRCA, and HNSC as cancer lineages where RNU6-1277P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
