The most reproducible TRAPPC2P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Protein insertion into ER membrane, and Pyridine-containing compound metabolic process. Each is linked with TRAPPC2P7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2P7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2P7 results are reported.
