Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC2P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAPPC2P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRAPPC2P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC2P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, KIRP, and BRCA are the cancer types where TRAPPC2P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
