TRAPPC2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 302 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC2P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFRA, RADIL, and BIRC8. Each is linked with TRAPPC2P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2P3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
