Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC2P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAPPC2P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TRAPPC2P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC2P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and STAD are the cancer types where TRAPPC2P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
