TRAPPC2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX4, MCM8, and KIAA0513. Each is linked with TRAPPC2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2L-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC2L versus SOX4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
