Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC2L RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAPPC2L data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRAPPC2L RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and MESO show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where TRAPPC2L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
