Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,164 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAPPC8, GAK, and VPS29. Each is linked with TRAPPC2L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2L-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC2L versus TRAPPC8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
