Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,540 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA replication, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, and Protein insertion into membrane. Each is linked with TRAPPC2L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2L-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2L results are reported.
