TRAPPC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, OR4A17P, and OR6R2P. Each is linked with TRAPPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
