Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC13 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TRAPPC13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and HNSC are the cancer types where TRAPPC13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
