TRAPPC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,751 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERBIN, KIF2A, and RCOR3. Each is linked with TRAPPC13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC13-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC13 versus ERBIN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
