Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,524 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5AR2, VPS4B, and NARS1. Each is linked with TRAPPC13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC13-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC13 versus C5AR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
