TRAPPC13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, EGFR_pY1068, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with TRAPPC13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC13-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TRAPPC13-low versus TRAPPC13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
