Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,965 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle coating, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Protein autoubiquitination. Each is linked with TRAPPC13 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC13-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC13 results are reported.
