TRAPPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR514B, IL21, and NUTF2P8. Each is linked with TRAPPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR514B grouped by TRAPPC1-low versus TRAPPC1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
