TRAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,960 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP4, RSL1D1, and CLUH. Each is linked with TRAP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAP1 versus TFAP4 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
