Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,870 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA modification, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with TRAP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAP1 results are reported.
