TRAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMA1, GPHB5, and TARM1. Each is linked with TRAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMA1 grouped by TRAP1-low versus TRAP1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
